The Quran will be a guardian and guide for those who read it, memorize it and practice it. Read the Quran a lot to get this virtue.
In a hadith from Nawas ibn Sam’an (may Allah blesses him), that the Prophet ﷺ says,
“The Qur’an will be brought on the Day of Resurrection, as will its people who used to act in accordance with it, led by Surah al-Baqarah and Ali ‘Imran, as if they are two clouds, or two black canopies, with light between them, or as if they are two flocks of birds in ranks, pleading on behalf of their companions” [Saheeh Muslim].
Our scholars of al Lajnah ad Daimah, they say:
“There is no doubt. That whoever reads the Quran, acts according to it, applies its rulings and masters them, and continues to read it and adhere to it, then he will win the bless of Allah and His paradise. And, he will obtain the highest degrees from Paradise with the honorable and just travel. Also that Quran will act as an shafi‘ (guardian) and guidance for him.
And reading the Qur’an alone is not enough to obtain this shafa’ah. You also have to apply what said in the Quran besides reading it. As pointed in this hadith”. [Fatawa al Lajnah, 3/125].
